Responsibilities
- Manage federal IT systems including network security protocols and access controls
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for 150+ federal employees across Tampa operations
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity compliance frameworks (NIST/FISMA)
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with federal contractors on system integration projects
- Document IT infrastructure changes and maintain configuration management records
Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance standards
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability Determination
