Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal information systems and network infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 and FISMA security standards.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for internal and external users.
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate records of all changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new federal software solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or higher (Must be willing to obtain if Top Secret).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Federal IT or government contracting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service desk operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
