Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency systems and networks.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (FISMA).
- Conduct system audits and performance assessments to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IT infrastructure solutions.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and incident reports accurately.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, and hardware management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
