Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal quality assurance standards.
- Mentor junior project managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the public sector or government IT environment.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles (Waterfall and Agile methodologies).
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a suitable security clearance.
