Responsibilities
- Monitor federal network traffic and IT systems during night shifts to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.

- Generate and review compliance reports for state and local government agencies.
- Manage remote access protocols and troubleshoot technical issues for remote users.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during handovers to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Update system documentation and maintain accurate logs of all night operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Active Secret Clearance or higher (required for federal roles).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT analysis or system administration.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations (FISMA) and data privacy laws.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment.
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and secure network protocols.
