Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Implement and monitor federal security protocols and compliance standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for internal staff.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems.
- Document technical processes and incident reports according to federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Clearance or willingness to undergo background screening.
- Certification preferred: Security+, CISSP, or CompTIA Network+.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and incident response.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
