Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal network infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime and security compliance.
- Implement and monitor federal information security frameworks, including NIST 800-53 requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with system engineers to design scalable cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) for federal agencies.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records for federal audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or enterprise setting.
- Active Public Trust or Interim Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and incident response procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
