Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal systems.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security controls to protect sensitive data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and hardware/software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into legacy systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Security+ certification or higher (CISSP, CEH preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Understanding of Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) and compliance regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.
