Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks in accordance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate inventory of federal assets.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or related government contracting.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and federal compliance regulations (FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.
