Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of federal data.

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience working with federal government frameworks, ITIL, and NIST standards.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict adherence to deadlines and security protocols.
