Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Implement and enforce NIST compliance standards and federal security protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for federal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable cloud solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Provide technical support and training to agency personnel on new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent military experience.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to undergo investigation).
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefing senior leadership.
