Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure and IT systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data.
- Conduct system audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across multiple federal agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into legacy systems.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports in compliance with federal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or equivalent technical roles.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall management, and data encryption standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
