Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT systems and networks in a remote environment.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees.
- Ensure strict compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and agency-specific security protocols.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to optimize IT workflow efficiency.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Active Public Trust or Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux administration.
- Strong understanding of NIST security frameworks and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation.
