Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated data pipelines and quality control measures for federal compliance
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for agency leadership
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance and demographic trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- Stay current with federal data regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, and 21st Century Cures Act)
- Present findings to stakeholders using clear, data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of federal data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis methodologies
- Active federal background clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
