Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal clients across multiple locations.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Monitor network security systems and respond to alerts in compliance with NIST standards.
- Document all technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to undergo processing).
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or federal contracting.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and basic firewall configurations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to government stakeholders.
