Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT networks, servers, and communication systems.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support for government clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, cybersecurity standards (NIST), and security protocols.
- Perform regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates, patches, and hardware upgrades.
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate technical records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or federal contracting.
- Strong working knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ITIL framework and federal acquisition regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
