Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal cybersecurity systems during weekend rotations
- Respond to critical IT incidents and security alerts 24/7
- Implement and monitor federal compliance protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on infrastructure modernization
- Document system configurations and security procedures
- Conduct weekend vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for federal networks
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- 5+ years in federal IT infrastructure management
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
- Experience with Windows Server and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of federal IT security frameworks (NIST SP 800-53)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
