Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime during critical weekend operations.
- Perform routine system patches, security updates, and software installations on federal hardware.
- Conduct data integrity audits and manage sensitive federal records in compliance with strict security protocols.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to federal staff and external stakeholders.
- Document system changes, maintain accurate logs, and generate compliance reports for federal oversight bodies.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and be eligible for a Top Secret security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or federal compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cisco networking, and federal cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST).
