Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff and contractors.
- Perform hardware and software asset management, ensuring compliance with federal standards.
- Monitor network security systems and respond to alerts during off-peak hours.
- Conduct system maintenance, updates, and patching to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT solutions.
- Document technical incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust (Secret) security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of IT support or system administration experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
