Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide weekend technical support for VA medical facilities
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for federal networks
- Document system configurations and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations (FISMA, NIST)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 2+ years of federal IT experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with weekend/holiday shift work
- Proficiency in Windows Server and cloud platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
