Qualifications

- Active Secret Clearance or willingness to undergo the investigation process.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role within a federal or government environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise software platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
