Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal and state government systems.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
- Configure, deploy, and update hardware and software across multiple agency sites.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or enterprise setting.
- Ability to obtain or possess a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows Server, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
