Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for federal systems including Windows, macOS, and network infrastructure
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and implement NIST compliance measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system outages and security incidents
- Document all technical procedures and maintain compliance documentation
- Train federal staff on security best practices and system usage
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience in government or regulated environments
- Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 certification
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and enterprise networking
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53 requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with enterprise hardware/software
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
