Responsibilities

- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system configurations in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and security protocols.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to ensure optimal uptime.
- Assist in the migration and implementation of cloud-based solutions for federal clients.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or higher (required for this role).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably with a federal contractor or government agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and remote support tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with government stakeholders.
