Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal government hardware, software, and network systems during weekend operations.
  • Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime for sensitive government data.
  • Perform system patches, security updates, and backups to prevent downtime and data loss.
  • Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance logs in the Service Desk ticketing system.
