Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement information systems compliant with OMB Circular A-130 and federal standards.
- Conduct system analysis and evaluate technical requirements for federal infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with FISMA and NIST regulations.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to define functional requirements and project scopes.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for internal government applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior federal staff members.
- Participate in regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
Qualifications
- Active Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in federal standards, including FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP compliance.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) within government frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interagency collaboration.
- Ability to obtain a government-issued identification card upon employment.
