Responsibilities
- System Maintenance & Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain federal information systems and networks during night operations.
- Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal security protocols, including NISPOM and DCID requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze system performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and change management logs.
- Incident Response: Respond to and resolve system alerts and outages efficiently during critical hours.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security patches and software updates.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active Top Secret (TS) or Secret clearance is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal IT environments or related technical support roles.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; experience with SQL and database management.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to government stakeholders.
