Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate public health outreach programs in Fresno County
- Analyze healthcare data to inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency standards
- Supervise program implementation and evaluate effectiveness
- Represent the agency at community events and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or public sector
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Experience with grant management and reporting
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations
