Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate federal and state grant applications and reporting requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis on public policy initiatives to support decision-making.
- Communicate complex information to stakeholders, government officials, and the general public.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community outreach programs.
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- United States citizenship and the ability to pass a standard background check.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software (e.g., SAM.gov, Grants.gov).
- Experience working with federal or state government agencies is highly preferred.
