Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal records and documentation with strict adherence to compliance protocols.
- Process incoming inquiries and applications efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and timely response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement federal regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits of office operations to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding federal programs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for federal oversight agencies and senior management.
- Maintain a secure and organized workspace in compliance with safety and security standards.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a federal security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government or corporate administrative role is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal database management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced Phoenix environment.
