Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate government records and databases.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for government officials.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Answer and direct phone calls and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as required by state law.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
