Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of federal personnel actions and security clearances.
- Coordinate with agency HR offices to ensure compliance with federal regulations and timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in federal systems.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new federal employees.
- Conduct compliance audits and generate necessary reporting documentation.
- Support leadership with strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Active or Active In-Process Secret Clearance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal human resources or administrative support.
- Familiarity with OPM (Office of Personnel Management) regulations and the USAJOBS system.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
