Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Answer high-volume phone lines and route inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with mail distribution, courier services, and inter-office communications.
- Support team members with various administrative projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident eligible for security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain a security clearance.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30 wpm minimum).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for this position.
