Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels for federal facilities.
- Coordinate logistics activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for federal leadership to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and safety standards regarding transportation and warehousing.
- Develop and maintain logistics databases and systems to track shipments and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or federal operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and recommend process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background clearance as required by federal standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for a high-level government environment.
