Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations specifically for the weekend shift.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and documentation standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, ensuring inventory integrity.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Collaborate with federal staff to resolve supply chain discrepancies and logistical issues.
- Ensure the secure storage and retrieval of classified and sensitive materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Ability to work full-time hours, primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex federal procedures.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
