Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing freight documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with shipping carriers, vendors, and federal agency personnel to resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules using our ERP system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and security measures are strictly followed at all times.
- Assist in the coordination of vehicle maintenance and scheduling to prevent operational downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and logistics software.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
