Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations for federal contracts.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage before processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using federal compliance software and databases.
- Coordinate with federal agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of critical supplies.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of shipping documentation and compliance reports.
- Monitor supply levels and communicate shortages to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or federal support roles.
- Ability to pass a federal background check, drug screen, and security clearance process.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
