Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily logistics operations during the weekend shift to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies using federal tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule shipments and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal safety regulations, security protocols, and documentation standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, shipment status, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the training of new staff members regarding federal procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during assigned weekend shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with federal database systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards.
