- Monitor and manage 24/7 operational workflows during night shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams and federal clients to resolve urgent issues.
- Maintain a secure environment by adhering to all security protocols and access control procedures.
- Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document all operational activities and discrepancies accurately in the federal tracking system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a night shift environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance, and reporting procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check.
