Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using federal logistics software and database systems.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and Customs forms.
- Perform routine inspections of storage areas to ensure organization and safety protocols are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Must be willing to work occasional overtime or weekends during peak seasons.
