Responsibilities
- Monitor federal systems and databases during night hours to ensure data integrity and security.
- Perform routine audits and compliance checks on incoming and outgoing federal data.
- Respond to critical alerts and incidents requiring immediate attention outside of standard business hours.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all night shift activities.
- Assist in the implementation of new federal protocols and security measures.
- Provide technical support to internal staff regarding federal software applications.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship (required for federal roles).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Criminal Justice, or Public Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal, military, or government operations.
- Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
