Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of federal pension claims and withdrawals.
- Conduct thorough audits of pension records to ensure compliance with federal regulations (ERISA, FERS).
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to retirees regarding their benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve complex benefit discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards for sensitive personnel files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in pension administration, human resources, or federal benefits management.
- Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and federal retirement systems (FERS/CSRS).
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
