Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of official government records and archives.
- Prepare and review complex regulatory reports, memos, and correspondence for city officials.
- Interact with the public, vendors, and internal departments to resolve inquiries and facilitate processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local compliance standards and regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-departmental projects and operational workflows.
- Perform data analysis and entry to support budgeting and resource allocation.
- Conduct audits of departmental procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, public administration, or clerical role is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and security clearance verification.
- Must be willing to work standard office hours in Fort Worth, TX.
