Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Continuously oversee federal communication networks and databases to ensure data integrity and security during night operations.
- Incident Response: Detect, analyze, and respond to security alerts and system anomalies immediately after hours.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately log incoming federal communications and generate end-of-shift operational reports.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to federal protocols, agency policies, and night shift operational guidelines.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams via secure channels to hand over critical information.
- Troubleshooting: Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on assigned federal software and hardware systems.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust or Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in federal IT support or night shift operations.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of networking protocols.
- Location: Must reside within the Jacksonville, FL area with a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
