Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze federal data streams during assigned night shifts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations and agency protocols at all times.
- Conduct thorough data entry and maintain digital records with high precision.
- Communicate critical alerts, status updates, and operational issues to the shift lead immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards regarding sensitive government information.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and provide support to federal stakeholders remotely.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal, government contracting, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized government databases.
- Ability to work independently, stay focused, and adapt to a changing night shift schedule.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
