Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily night shift logistics operations to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of federal supplies and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee warehouse safety protocols during night hours to prevent loss and ensure compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security clearance requirements, and Department of Defense standards.
- Communicate effectively with on-site teams, shift supervisors, and federal stakeholders regarding operational updates.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to guarantee material integrity.
- Generate and maintain detailed logs and reports regarding shift activities and inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for federal government contracts.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
