Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the night-time inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the warehouse and equipment to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment.
- Process and verify shipping documents, manifests, and paperwork with strict attention to detail to prevent errors.
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of inventory and operational status.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and facility protocols.
- Utilize automated inventory management systems to track stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a federal background investigation and drug screen.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency with MS Office and inventory software.
