Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal communication channels and data entry systems during the night shift.
- Process and verify incoming documentation and reports in strict accordance with federal regulations.
- Conduct regular security sweeps and equipment checks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot minor technical issues with remote support.
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities and incidents during the shift.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Adhere to all agency security protocols and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a federal, government, or secure facility environment is highly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
