Responsibilities
- Monitor and control federal security systems and surveillance equipment during night hours.
- Respond immediately to emergency alarms, fire alarms, and intrusion alerts.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of all security events, incidents, and shift activities.
- Coordinate seamlessly with day shift teams during handover procedures.
- Enforce strict adherence to federal safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and intercom systems.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (graveyard) and weekends.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Federal Security Clearance.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert during monotonous tasks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
