Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate advanced security systems including biometric scanners, motion detectors, and CCTV networks
- Conduct physical patrols of federal facilities during overnight hours, enforcing access controls
- Respond immediately to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations with tactical precision
- Document incidents using federal reporting protocols and maintain detailed activity logs
- Collaborate with FBI, TSA, and local law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Train junior personnel on emergency response procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years federal law enforcement or military police experience
- Certified in CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design)
- Proficient with surveillance systems, access control software, and biometric technology
- Valid Tennessee concealed carry permit
- Ability to work independently during extended overnight shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification
- U.S. citizenship and clean background investigation
